Consultant sales department historical real estate, farmsteads and equestrian properties (m/f/d)

part-time or full-time by arrangement

Tasks:

  • Acquisition of properties and customers
  • Processing of purchase requests and exclusive marketing orders
  • Professional presentation of the properties for sale and initiation of suitable marketing measures
  • Preparation and implementation of viewing appointments
  • Preparation of purchase contracts
  • Customer support during contract negotiations
  • Preparation of market value assessments and expert opinions
  • Creation of presentations
  • Continuous monitoring, evaluation and analysis of the relevant submarkets

Profile:

  • Successfully completed real estate-specific training/further training, alternatively commercial career changers with relevant experience
  • Ideally initial work experience or internships
  • Ideally knowledge of the real estate industry and/or the equestrian industry or equestrian sports (not a requirement)
  • Time flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a team and sociability
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
